BLB is a privately owned family office property company based in London. We invest and develop both residential and commercial property in the UK with a focus on London and the South East.

Our primary aims are to invest existing capital resources in order to build a long term portfolio. Alongside our investments, we actively develop property with a focus on value add through planning and have worked with a number of trusted Joint Venture partners.

With chartered surveyors on the board of directors, BLB also act as development consultants for a small number of private clients, and specialise in residential and commercial property conversions. With over 20 years experience, the business has worked on a variety of projects with GDV up to £8m.
